The National Audit Office (NAO) has launched an investigation into public sector outsourcing behemoth Capita’s treatment of small businesses over a £250m training contract.
The government contract included a provision that 51% of the work would be provided by SMEs. The NAO review, which was announced on Friday, will examine the administration of the Civil Service Learning Contract after it came under fire from these firms.
